Locations at sea of adult females of southern elephant seals (Mirounga leonina) from Península Valdés, Chubut, Argentina

This resource contains satellite-tracked locations obtained through Argos system from adult females of southern elephant seal of Península Valdés, Argentina, during the pelagic phase in the South Atlantic ocean. The dataset encompasses positions of tags deployed on 4 post-molt females (January 2008) and 5 females in the end of the breeding season (October 2008).
