Characterization of the Coastal Marsh of Anse Saint-Jean, Saguenay Fjord | Caractérisation du marais côtier de l'Anse Saint-Jean, Fjord du Saguenay

As part of Fisheries and Oceans Canada's Aquatic Ecosystem Restoration Fund (FRÉA), the team from the Comité ZIP Saguenay-Charlevoix (ZIPSC) carried out the characterization of the coastal marsh of Anse Saint-Jean, located in the Saguenay Fjord, during the summer of 2024. This data collection is part of the project to Characterize and restore coastal marshes and seagrass beds in the Saguenay-Saint-Laurent Marine Park (PMSSL) in the context of climate change, a project lasting four years. This data set therefore includes ornithological, ichthyological, benthic and floristic inventory data, as well as physicochemical parameters including water temperature, salinity, water height and light intensity on the ground and in the water column. Dans le cadre du Fonds de restauration des écosystèmes aquatiques (FRÉA) de Pêches et Océans Canada, l'équipe du Comité ZIP Saguenay-Charlevoix (ZIPSC) a réalisé la caractérisation du marais côtier de l'Anse Saint-Jean, situé dans le Fjord du Saguenay, durant l'été 2024. Cette récolte de données s'inscrit dans le projet de Caractérisation et restauration de marais côtiers et herbiers dans le Parc marin Saguenay-Saint-Laurent (PMSSL) dans le contexte des changements climatiques, un projet d'une durée de quatre ans. Ce jeu de données comprends donc les données d'inventaires ornithologiques, ichtyologiques, benthiques et floristiques, ainsi que les paramètres physico-chimiques dont la température de l'eau, la salinité, la hauteur d'eau et l'intensité lumineuse au sol et dans la colonne d'eau.
