Marine metagenomes from the bioGEOTRACES project Metagenome. Study details at https://www.ebi.ac.uk/metagenomics/studies/MGYS00005294 This dataset was sourced from GBIF https://www.gbif.org/dataset/3de01c29-b3d4-4eeb-bd5c-b2bb475566cc on 2023-10-10. It contains samples from CSIRO Voyage SS2011_V02 (details at http://127.0.0.1/data/trawler/survey_details.cfm?survey=SS2011_V02) and known within the GEOTRACES survey GP13. Of the 6000+ taxa, about 3,300 can be matched to WoRMS.
