Collection data of Tethya irisae sp. nov. and comparative material, Great Australian Bight, Australia

OBIS Australia Open in mapper Explore occurrences

A new species of Tethya irisae sp. nov. is described from 1000 m depth on the continental slope of the Great Australian Bight (GAB), southern Australia. Three molecular markers were obtained from one specimen: COI, 28S (D3-D5) and ITS1-5.8S-ITS2.
