Micro-CT Morphological Data of Glycera tridactyla Schmarda, 1861 and Phascolosoma (Phascolosoma) stephensoni (Stephen, 1942) species

This dataset comprises morphological data for two annelid species, the polychaete Glycera tridactyla Schmarda, 1861, and the sipunculan Phascolosoma (Phascolosoma) stephensoni (Stephen, 1942), obtained using micro-computed tomography (micro-CT). Several parameters related to the eversion mechanism of the pharynx in Polychaeta and the introvert in Sipuncula were estimated through two- and three-dimensional analyses of micro-CT datasets from specimens in different body configurations.
