Nematode genera counts (100-200individuals per slice) and density (nematode abundance per m2) from multiple corer samples (in 1cm slices) taken during 2005-2007 HERMES and HERMIONE (EU FP6-7 Framework Programmes) cruises in Portuguese submarine canyons (Nazare, Cascais and Setubal) and adjacent slope.
