The set of standard tracklines surveyed was established prior to the cruise and was intended to representatively sample cetacean habitat from the eastern boundary of the PMNM to Midway Atoll. Twenty-eight days of on-effort surveys were completed, resulting in 92 cetacean sightings including 14 identified species and unidentified dolphins and whales.
