Ezemvelo KwaZulu-Natal Wildlife - Benthic survey on Aliwal Shoal (May 2004 - May 2005)(BAS)

Aliwal Shoal was declared a Marine Protected Area in 2004 and baseline data of the reef biota was required. The zonation of the reef was aimed at assisting the management authority and future monitoring efforts in making recommendations for sustainable use and diver impact based on benthic organism vulnerability.
