The data represent the megabenthic invertebrate biodiversity as a result of an environmental monitoring program for assessing the biological component of the sedimentary matrix that could be affected by the exploratory process of the Perla 1X well located in the northwest coast of the Paraguana Peninsula, within the Golfo de Venezuela region.
