Diatom and other Stramenopile community composition from targeted amplicon sequencing of V4 region of 18S from incubated seawater collected in upwelled waters off the coast of Oregon. Incubation treatments included UV and no UV natural light treatments as well as dark treatments and were collected at 3 time points.
