Plankton net data from subarctic fjords in the Norwegian Sea 1980-2005

This data represents the data collected in the long-term zooplankton time series by Nord University. The focus is on meso-zooplankton and the slowest of the small macro-zooplankton species. Particularly the species that accounted for the biomass and major trophic positions on low levels in the planktonic food web. Priority was given to count the dominant herbivores and dominant predators.
