OBIS Secretariat Open in mapper Explore occurrences
The overall objective of this project (Baselines Initiative) is to generate several 16S rRNA gene databases to establish robust baseline information on the biological communities in marine ecosystems. This field study was conducted in the North Pacific Line-67 in October 2009 to examine phytoplankton community diversity.
